When you use the contact form, the details you enter (name, email address, business, an optional indicative budget and your message) are sent to the studio by email, for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry and discussing your project.

No other data is collected without your knowledge. The site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers.

Processing is based on your own decision to get in touch and on the studio’s legitimate interest in answering the enquiries it receives.

Who receives your data

The information you send goes only to Borislava Petrova (BeFound Studio). It is never shared or sold to third parties.

How long it is kept

Emails relating to an enquiry are kept for as long as needed to follow up, then archived or deleted. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within a reasonable time.
